Return and Refund
General Policy At Tikiya Bytes, customer satisfaction is important, but due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, biscuits, and cakes, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
Exceptions (Refunds/Replacements Allowed) Refunds or replacements are allowed only in the following cases:
- Defective or Spoiled Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
- Damaged Items During Transit: Products received in broken, crushed, or damaged condition. Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video.
- Wrong Item Delivered: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video.
- Missing Items: Part of your order was not delivered. Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with proof.
Replacement Policy
- We have a 24-hour replacement policy for eligible cases only.
- If the replacement is accepted, a fresh product will be prepared and delivered within 2-3 business days (subject to availability and location).
- Replacements are subject to verification and approval by our team.
Return Policy
- Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of bakery products, physical returns are not accepted.
- Refunds will be processed after claim verification.
- Approved returns will be initiated within 3 to 4 business days of claim approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Slight differences in color, appearance, or texture due to lighting, screen display, or natural variation in baking.
- Minor variations in size or shape of bakery products, biscuits, and cakes.
- Change of mind or personal taste preference after order placement.
- Product deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.
- Delay in receiving the order due to customer unavailability.
- Incorrect shipping details (wrong address, pincode, or phone) provided by customer. Refund will be credited only after verification, after deducting applicable delivery charges.
- Allergic reactions or health issues not disclosed prior to purchase.
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.

Timeline
- Claims will be reviewed within 48 hours of submission.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
- Approved replacements will be delivered within 2-3 business days (subject to location and availability).
Important Notes
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Claims without video proof will not be entertained.
- All refund and replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Tikiya Bytes management.
- We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet our policy criteria.
- Fraudulent claims may result in account suspension and legal action.
