How to Order from Tikiya Bytes

Ordering your favorite bakery products from Tikiya Bytes is very easy and secure. Follow the steps below to place your order:

Step 1 – Browse Our Products

  • Visit https://tikiyabytes.com/
  • Explore our collections: Cakes, Pastries, Biscuits, Rusks, Snacks, Meals & Prepared Dishes
  • Click on a product you like to view details, price, flavors, weight, and pictures

Step 2 – Add to Cart

  • Select the product you wish to buy
  • Choose the quantity and any customization options (if available)
  • Click “Add to Cart” and continue shopping, or proceed directly to checkout

Step 3 – Proceed to Checkout

  • Open your Cart (top right corner of the website)
  • Review your selected items
  • Click “Proceed to Checkout”

Step 4 – Enter Delivery Details

  • Fill in your name, email, phone number, and delivery address
  • Add any special instructions (delivery time preference, dietary requirements, etc.)
  • Double-check the details (address, pincode, phone) carefully – as orders cannot be edited once confirmed

Step 5 – Make Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Online Payment:

  • Secure payment gateways (Razorpay & PhonePe)
  • UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Available for orders within our delivery area
  • Please have exact change ready when possible

Choose your preferred payment option and complete the transaction safely.

Step 6 – Order Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successful (or COD order is confirmed), you will get an Order Confirmation Email/SMS with your order details
  • Our team will start preparing your fresh bakery products immediately

Step 7 – Preparation & Delivery

  • Orders are prepared fresh and dispatched within 1–2 hours (for regular items)
  • Custom cakes and bulk orders require 48-72 hours advance notice
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a delivery update via SMS
  • Your order will be delivered fresh to your doorstep!

For Custom Cake Orders

Special Process for Custom Cakes:

  1. Contact us at least 48-72 hours in advance via:
  2. Share your requirements:
    • Cake type, flavor, and weight
    • Design or theme details
    • Delivery date and time
  3. We’ll provide a quotation and design options
  4. Pay 50% advance to confirm your custom order
  5. Pay the remaining amount at delivery (COD) or complete online payment
  6. Your custom cake will be freshly prepared and delivered on time!
